If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the original purchase date. You will be refunded the full purchase price of the product. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless you have received the incorrect product or a product damaged during the shipping process. If the item you are returning was part of a promotion, your refund may be reduced.
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Please allow 14 business days for your order to be processed. Credit will show up on your credit card statement within 1 to 2 billing cycles.

We are currently unable to process exchanges for items purchased through skywayluggage.com. In lieu of an exchange, please follow return procedures and place a new order.
